Ingredients

  • 5 chopped potatoes
  • Bacon strips (1 bowl)

  • 1/2 cup of garlic sauce

  • 2 cups of shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Using Lemon Juice, Vinegar and Yogurt, Marinate the chicken wings. Add salt and pepper.
  2. After 20mins, coat the wings with breadcrumbs.
  3. In a baking dish, cook the bacon strips for about 18 mins and then put them in the oven.
  4. In a pan, pour the canola oil (half fill the pan with it) and heat up.
  5. Now fry the chopped potatoes in it until crispy.
  6. Using a cutting board, chop the cooked bacon into small pieces.
  7. Now fry the chicken wings until crispy and drain the oil off.
  8. In a Pan, add 1 tbsp of onion-garlic paste and fry, then add tomato sauce and BBQ sauce, then mix thoroughly (add chili flakes to it).
  9. Now add the chicken wings into the pan and stir well to mix the sauce and the wings.
  10. In a bowl, add a layer of fries, cheese and the chopped cooked bacon. (repeat the same process and make more layers and cheese.
  11. Now add the chicken wings to the bowl, and sprinkle chopped scallions.
  12. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  13. Serve immediately.
