  2. In a Blender, Combine all other ingredients and blend for at least 30 seconds.
  3. Now in a small saucepan on medium heat, combine the blended mixture, Jalapeno Peppers and Red Peppers together, stir and simmer for 21 minutes.
  4. After 21 minutes, add in cornstarch and allow it to simmer for another 11 minutes on low heat until it thickens.
  5. Allow the sauce to cool before serving.
