Add sugar snap peas, broccoli florets, bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, water chestnuts and green onions; then sauté for another 3 minutes or so until everything is tender but still firm enough that it won’t fall apart during cooking (make sure there’s still some crunch left in those veggies).
