Eating at this restaurant was an interesting experience because it was the first time I had done so in a long time. How to make Truffle-Honey Chicken Cheesecake Factory

Truffle honey chicken is a classic dish from the Cheesecake Factory that’s been on the menu since its founding in the early 1990s. The restaurant’s version is made with chicken breast, which is then coated in a honey and truffle mixture before being baked in the oven for about 45 minutes. It’s then topped with cheese sauce and served with mixed vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (plus more as needed)

  8. Arrange half of the chicken pieces on one end of the prepared baking sheet; drizzle with half of the melted butter.
  9. Repeat with the remaining chicken pieces and remaining melted butter on the other end of the baking sheet (you should have two stacks of 3 pieces each).
  10. Bake until chicken is cooked through.

  5. Season with salt while still hot.
  6. Set aside until cool enough to handle
