What Temperature To Air Fry Chicken?

The temperature to air fry chicken depends on the thickness of your chicken and the oil you use.

Air frying at 400 degrees Fahrenheit will give you a crispy exterior. In comparison, air frying at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes will provide you with a juicy interior.

We recommend air frying at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes if your chicken is 3/4 inch thick or less and air frying at 500 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes if your chicken is thicker than 3/4 inch thick.

How do you Make Country Style Chicken?

Country-style chicken is an easy, tasty way to make home-cooked meals.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste on both sides of the chicken pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together 2 tbsp of flour, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder and 1/8 tsp of paprika (or any other spice you like).
  4. Pour in 1 cup of water until you get the right consistency for dipping your fingers into the batter and coating the chicken pieces evenly; this should be enough for about three chicken pieces at most.
  5. Place your coated chicken pieces on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until cooked through and no longer pink inside (internal temperature should be 165 degrees F).
  6. Serve with ranch dressing or sour cream on top if desired!

Storage

It’s absolutely crucial that you keep your herb crusted chicken stored in a cool, dry place. If you don’t, the chicken will begin to dry out and lose its flavor.

The best way to store it is to keep it in a sealed plastic bag or container with an airtight lid.

Reheating

There are several ways to reheat this dish, depending on your preference:

Bake: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the chicken for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 10 minutes per side or until done to your liking.

Microwave: If you have a microwave, place the chicken in a microwave-safe dish and cook on high power for 2 minutes (or longer if desired).
